Sage provides an online well-being solution consisting of nutritional and physical advice and plans, an event series for continued learning, mindfulness and meditation sessions. Colleagues also have access to 6 free sessions of counselling or therapy per personal crisis, for employees and their families, through the online EAP.
Rock Solid Knowledge employees finish early on Fridays, with a support rota that covers our customer commitments.
This means that colleagues work 35.5-hour weeks with no impact on salary. The rest of the time we operate around core hours of 10-4 with flexible start and finish times.
